License Agreement (EULA)
Last operational update: February 7, 2026
This agreement defines the license rights, usage limits, and commercial authorization scope of Pledle software. For legal inquiries, contact us at legal@pledle.com
1. Parties and Scope
This agreement is between the 'Licensor' (Pledle) and the 'Licensee' (User). Pledle reserves intellectual property rights for Next.js 15, React 19, and all related modules (Web, AI, Game).
2. License Types and Commercial Rights
Starter: 1 commercial project. Pro & Empire: Unlimited commercial projects. All packages acknowledge that 100% of revenue from products (SaaS) built with this infrastructure belongs to the user.
3. Strict Prohibitions and Source Code Restrictions
Licensee shall not sell, distribute, or offer Pledle core codes, templates, or modules as a competing boilerplate, UI kit, or starter kit, whether modified or not, on C2C marketplaces. This is enforced under trade secret protection.
4. White-Label Authority (Empire Exclusive)
The White-Label right granted to Empire owners only permits unbranded product delivery. This does not transfer ownership of the Pledle infrastructure or empower re-licensing of the source code as a standalone product.
5. Disclaimer
Software is provided 'as-is'. Licensor is not responsible for data loss or financial damages from third-party APIs (OpenAI, etc.) or incorrect configurations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pledle is not liable for illegal activities or criminal acts performed by the user with this software. Misuse is entirely the user's legal responsibility.
7. Governing Law and Language
This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. İzmir Courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Even if provided in other languages, the English text shall legally prevail in case of translation discrepancies.
8. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior oral or written representations.
9. Validity of the Agreement
This agreement enters into force upon installation or purchase and has full binding legal authority.
