1. Packages and Unlimited License
The purchaser ('Licensee') is granted a perpetual (pay-once-use-forever) right to build and commercialize UNLIMITED end products (SaaS, websites, etc.) using the Pledle infrastructure.
2. C2C Marketplace and Intellectual Property
Users are solely responsible for IP rights of content shared on the C2C Marketplace. Pledle acts as a 'Hosting Provider' and reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts upon copyright notices.
3. Strict Refund and Credit Policy
Pledle is a source-code and credit-based digital product. Services are deemed performed instantly upon purchase. Therefore, NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS are provided for credits or software packages.
4. Third-Party Services and Incompatibility
Pledle is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from technical failures, latency, or data loss caused by third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Supabase, etc.).
5. Fees and Credit Usage Rules
Pledle reserves the right to update fees and credit packages without notice. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
Pledle reserves the right to close user accounts without notice or refund in case of chargeback fraud, system abuse, or detection of illegal activities.
7. Governing Law and Language
This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. İzmir Courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Legal English text shall prevail in case of translation discrepancies.
