Pledle acts as 'Data Controller'. Due to operational necessity, your data may be processed on secure servers (Supabase, Stripe, etc.) based in Turkey, the EU, or the US.

We may collect: Identity (Name, email), Security Data (IP, logs), Financial Data (Payment history), and Usage Data (AI prompts).

5. White-Label Data Responsibility

The Licensee providing services to sub-users is the 'Data Controller' for their users' data. Pledle processes this data as a technical infrastructure provider (Data Processor).

In case of any data breach, Pledle commits to informing relevant users and authorities within 72 hours of detection.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete (right to be forgotten), and object to the processing of your data.

Pledle is independent. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of third-party services (OpenAI, etc.) whose infrastructure we utilize.
