Pledle acts as 'Data Controller'. Due to operational necessity, your data may be processed on secure servers (Supabase, Stripe, etc.) based in Turkey, the EU, or the US.
2. Collected Personal Data
We may collect: Identity (Name, email), Security Data (IP, logs), Financial Data (Payment history), and Usage Data (AI prompts).
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
Data is processed for service delivery, billing, and legal obligations. By using our services, you explicitly consent to cross-border data transfer for operational needs.
4. Cookie Policy and Advertising
We use essential and analytical cookies. Google AdSense may use interest-based cookies. Users can manage cookie preferences via the dashboard.
5. White-Label Data Responsibility
The Licensee providing services to sub-users is the 'Data Controller' for their users' data. Pledle processes this data as a technical infrastructure provider (Data Processor).
6. Data Breach Notification
In case of any data breach, Pledle commits to informing relevant users and authorities within 72 hours of detection.
7. User Rights (GDPR & KVKK)
You have the right to access, rectify, delete (right to be forgotten), and object to the processing of your data.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy. Significant changes will be notified. In case of discrepancy, the English text shall prevail.
9. Independence and Disclaimer
Pledle is independent. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of third-party services (OpenAI, etc.) whose infrastructure we utilize.
